Support Billing...

e-Mail Support is provided FREE of charge to all CreatiVerve clients.

Login (ftp) support is a billable item. If we are requested and/or required to login (ftp) to your server for a support request then time spent/changes will be billed according to our support billing schedule provided below.

Our rates vary from $75.00 to $225.00 Per Hour/USD with a fifteen (15) minute min. charge for standard and a one (1) hour min. charge for after hours, weekends & holidays. (The posted min. charge applies to all non-monthly server administration or CreatiVerve (CV-Hosting), hosted accounts.
